Oakenbank Barn is a characterful barn conversion between the villages of Bollington and Rainow, around 25 minutes from Lapland UK Manchester at Capesthorne Hall.
It sleeps four in a double and a twin bedroom, with a wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings, an enclosed courtyard and parking. Two well behaved dogs are welcome, so it’s a good choice if the family dog is coming along for the trip.
The location on the edge of the Peak District means great winter walks on the doorstep, with Bollington’s pubs and cafes nearby.
